One more round of peppers! Mostly habaneros-next year the Tall Guy should plant fewer of these!
This time we made a sweet and spicy sauce that has been a big hit, a hotter pepper jelly, a jarred hot sauce, habanero tequila and habanero vodka and pickled habanero peppers-phew!
These went into the hot sauce
More pepper jelly and dried flakes. I burnt them a bit and these chilis lost there flavor (boo!) but the dried habaneros are too hot alone, so I will mix them!
The pickled peppers also have cauliflower carrots and onions
And a lot of spices
They came out looking great and tasting spicy!
