Angel Island
After a few years on break, our friends organized the annual bike camping trip to Angel Island! On bikes we take the ferry.
After dropping stuff at the campsite, we bike around the island.
We have the island practically to ourselves.
This stop is the immigration station. The history is not pretty, but recently the park has made it a priority to be more transparent with information and preserve what is left.

Sometime in the last couple years coyotes have arrived on the island and they are bold!
Back on the San Francisco Embarcadero, the science museum has put experiment stations outside. Brilliant!
